We ship from Calgary, Alberta.

Express Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

  • Additional cost applies at checkout.

Shipping to the United States

  • Delivery time: 4–10 business days

  • Carrier: Canada Post / USPS

  • Tracking included for all US orders.

Local Pickup (Calgary)

Local pickup in the SE (Mahogany) is available.

Pickup details would be provided in your emailafter placing your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.Bliss & Giggles is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Orders returned due to wrong address

  • Reshipping costs for returned packages

  • We will resend your item once the correct address and re-shipping fee are provided.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control. However, we will support you by:

  • Helping you file a claim

  • Contacting the carrier on your behalf

  • Providing necessary proof of shipment

We cannot issue refunds for carrier-confirmed deliveries.
